Ordering or Renewing TZO using the TZO HP Order System
Introduction
The TZO DNS Services are available in many of the popular HP MediaSmart Home Server as well as the HP MediaVault and HP DataVault Network Storage products. When ordering or renewing these services, it's recommended that you use the custom HP Order System as described in the steps below.

There are no specific requirements to purchasing or renewing a TZO HP Domain name

1Creating or Renewing an HP Branded domain name with TZO
The TZO DDNS embedded within the HP Mediasmart, MediaVault and DataVault devices can only be created, ordered or renewed from within the product itself or by clicking on the link within the renewal email TZO sent before your service expires. Follow the steps below to renew your service

2Renewing your service using an HP MediaSmart or DataVault Server
Start your Windows Home Server console and log into the Windows Home Server. In the upper right of the Windows Home Server Console, click the SETTINGS button. Then click REMOTE ACCESS in the left menu.

3Selecting the TZO Domain Name Details within Remote Access
You will now be in the main remote access screen as shown below. If remote access is enabled and you have an HP Branded or HP Custom domain name you'll see it under the DOMAIN NAME section of this screen. Click the DETAILS button.

4Clicking the Buy-Renew Button
You will now see the TZO Domain Name details showing your domain name, email address, IP address, expiration date and more. Click the BUY/RENEW button as shown below to launch the TZO HP Order system at TZO.COM
